Safety, Supply, Savory Hints
This is a fun and interactive class that is a compilation of various hints and tips learned over the years from a variety of sources including excellent dive buddies, various classmates and online resources. Suggested supplies for a good dive first aid kit are discussed, as well as recommendations for a basic-to-thorough save-a-dive kit, followed by general hints and tips. Because of the nature of the topic material each offering is slightly different as the instructor is constantly learning too!
Bottle Hunting
This class emphasizes the fun of bottle hunting in our local Pacific Northwest waters. You’ll learn how to rough date a bottle, discuss various bottle terms, learn various ways in which bottle history can be researched, and discuss various methods of cleaning bottles.
This is an evening presentation, but follow-up dives can be arranged as desired.
