Basic Life Support for Professional (BLSPRO)
A full length course details professional level resuscitation techniques. Aimed at Divemasters, AIs and Instructors, but any interested parties may attend. You will learn how to do CPR for adults, children and infants, 1 and 2 person techniques. You will also learn advanced skills including pharyngeal suctioning, how/when/why to apply cricoid pressure, and proper use of the bag/valve/mask. AEDs for adults and children will also be covered.
- Advanced O2 can be included for an additional fee (must have completed Oxygen for Scuba Diving Injuries within past 12 months)
- AED stand-alone can be included for cost of materials only
- No pre-requisites unless including Advanced O2
